Dear Terraces families and friends,
As you may know by now, we have a mild Covid outbreak that requires us to implement some safety measures until we’re in the clear.

We currently have 7 active cases among residents and no cases among staff. All seven have experienced some symptoms, mostly mild. Residents who are symptomatic, are required to quarantine for 10 days. Any asymptomatic cases require a 5 day quarantine. 

1. Effective immediately, all activities and outings are canceled for the next two weeks, which could be extended, depending on any new cases that might arise. 
2. There are only two residents allowed per table in the dining room until further notice.
3. We are strongly encouraging our employees, and your loved ones, to wear masks for their own safety and that of the other residents. We encourage you to do the same when visiting. 
4. The outing to Dodgers Stadium has been canceled and will be rescheduled sometime later in the summer.
5. Our “Enchanted Garden Under the Stars” prom, scheduled for June 21, may or may not happen, depending on how many cases we have at the time. Same goes for our Pasadena Playhouse outing.

If you experience any flu- or cold-like symptoms, please refrain from visiting until you’ve been rapid tested.
