ANNUAL FLU SHOT CLINIC

Dear Terraces families and friends-

It’s that time of year again, when the Terraces holds its annual flu shot clinic. As always, we strongly encourage you and your loved ones to get the shot, especially at a time in our history when any weakening of our immune systems could have potentially grave consequences. This year’s clinic is tentatively scheduled for Friday, October 15 between 1:00-4:00pm.

In preparation for the clinic, we need a consent form to be signed by our residents or a responsible party (in most cases, one of you). A notice has been sent to the residents letting them know to see the concierge to sign their form OR to let us know if they have already gotten, or plan to get, the shot elsewhere. For those of you who will be signing for your loved one, please email or call me and I’ll be happy to scan the form to you. Also, please let us know if your loved one already got the shot or is planning to get the shot elsewhere. Thank you for your help with this very important effort.
