TERRACES COVID STATUS UPDATE

Dear Families and Friends:

HI! Just a quick update on Week 3 of Staff Mass Testing:
We do Staff testing every Monday and Tuesday. Of the 33 tested Monday, one staffer tested positive. The employee that tested positive is a Care Companion who last worked 12/15. She is asymptomatic and in isolation. The resident she was caring for and their family have been notified. The resident is not showing any symptoms and will be in quarantine.

We are all staying vigilant and the staff is briefed regularly about how to follow precautions and properly use PPE. Tomorrow, we will receive results from the second day of Staff Testing and will start Resident Testing again.
